Ever since my friend Sara introduced me to a post site called toejam, I became a blog. That site was a place I could post poems, songs, thoughts; as well as view other people's stuff. Ever since that site closed I have been searching for an outlet to do the same. Myspace was too public and a bit of a joke and writing on my own was too private. I do not consider myself an open person my any means but I do like to express myself and hear other's opinions. So feel free to comment (if that's even an option on here) or not.
I currently packing to go back home to L.A. and I'm anxious for so many reasons. This semester in Reno had definitely been a whirlwind of new and different experiences. My soccer career ending, my season being a joke, new coach, grandfather in and out of the hospital, everyone and their mom coming out in Reno, being 21... the list goes on. One thing I have realized being through it all is that I have truly matured mentally. The way I look at situation and problems is completely different from how I would 3 years ago. It's weird this growing up thing.
